Friends of Garthorne Road Task Day

Sunday 14th October
10am – 1pm
Due to the last task day been cancelled on 23rd September due to the severe weather. The friends will continue to install step-building and also handrails and path edging to improve public access, some heavy lifting involved.
The friends do a range of tasks from September to March over from litter-picking to meadow improvement. if interested please contact the friends for further information.

- Step-building improving access for visitors

UPDATE: This event unfortunately has been canclled due to the rain and high winds. Please refer to website or Friends Facebook for futher events.
The friends will be starting their winter program of task days which will range from litter-picking to meadow improvement. The first workday we will be doing some step maintenance, hand rail and path edging installation, some heavy lifting involved.
